Job Description

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the visual identity for specific brands in the portfolio, working in collaboration with the Design Director, brand teams, insights teams and global design while leading design team members.
Generate creative design proposals (scenarios, concepts) in order to visualize the desired output and share it with internal and external team members.
Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements and execute those requirements into design solutions.
Drive final design recommendations, decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases, ensuring thorough consideration of all project variables and that the final solution will perform as planned.

Qualifications

Extensive Design Expertise: 10+ years of brand and graphic design experience with a degree in design or related field; strong portfolio required.
Technical & Creative Excellence: Exceptional design sense, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (3D skills a plus), and ability to visualize concepts through sketches or software tools.
Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; highly collaborative with strong communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Mindset & Professionalism: Creative, curious, and passionate about design trends; clear design point of view, entrepreneurial mindset, composure under pressure and proficiency in English.
