Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a highly skilled Lead Brand Designer. The Lead Brand Designer will be responsible for leading the design and development of brand identities, crafting cohesive visual concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving graphic and visual design projects to completion. The role includes creating impactful branding solutions, ensuring quality and consistency in visual identity, and coordinating with clients to align design strategies with brand goals.

• Strong expertise in Strategy, Brand Identity, and Packaging Design
• Ability to develop, refine, and execute compelling brand concepts
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for design excellence
• Experience with industry-standard design tools and software
• Proven track record of managing projects and delivering high-quality results on time
• Background or experience in FMCG or consumer branding is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
