Job Description

As a Lead Backend Engineer at our company, you will play a key role in the development of backend applications. Your expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot will be essential in designing scalable APIs and services and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Your collaborative approach will contribute to the delivery of high-quality systems that adhere to engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot. - Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end product features. - Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems. - Implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using GitLab CI/CD. - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning. - Ensure performance, security, and scalability across all backend systems. - Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring high system availability.
