Lead Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using
Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot
.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and frontend teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
Build and integrate
RESTful APIs
with internal and external systems.
Implement automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using
GitLab CI/CD
.
Participate in
code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability across all backend systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring
high system availability
.

Must-Have Skills

6+ years of experience in
backend development
.
1+ year of relevant hands-on experience with
Kotlin
, strong proficiency in
Java
.
Expertise in
Spring Boot
and the Spring ecosystem.
Experience with
CI/CD pipeline implementation
using GitLab CI.
Solid understanding of
microservices architecture
and
RESTful API design
.
Proficiency in
Git
and collaborative development workflows.
