Lead Backend Developer

Your responsibilities will include architecting and constructing scalable backend systems, overseeing a team of developers to ensure code quality and performance, cooperating with product, design, and frontend teams to implement features, taking charge of backend architecture decisions, and spearheading initiatives for modernization. Moreover, you will be responsible for implementing CI/CD, monitoring, testing strategies, and DevOps practices, resolving issues related to performance, reliability, and scalability, keeping abreast of backend trends, and introducing innovative concepts. Essential skills for this role include having 8+ years of backend development experience using Python, Node.js, Java, or C#, 4+ years of leadership or mentorship experience, practical knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps tools, a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns, and the ability to work independently and drive projects from start to finish. Desirable skills include exposure to GenAI/ML tools, experience in BIM, construction tech, or infrastructure platforms, knowledge of Kubernetes, GraphQL, or event-driven architectures, and contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in development communities.
