Job Description

Supervise and manage front office and breakfast operations to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
Motivate and coach team members to achieve excellent customer service and sales targets.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, providing prompt solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control across all departments.
Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the Rooms Division Manager to improve departmental performance and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills, with previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and hotel and bar protocols.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
