Description
As the Lead AV and Visualization Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to delivering AV and Visualization Services. Your role involves ensuring high performance, operations, and compliance of AV and Visualization rooms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading and managing a team to deliver AV and Visualization Services effectively. - Assigning duties, providing instructions, and checking the work of team members to maintain quality assurance. - Acting as the point of escalation for operational incidents and service escalations, coordinating maintenance, support, and compliance efforts. - Aligning team operations with Customer Enterprise IT and cybersecurity standards by leading purchasing efforts of AV and Visualization hardware, software, and technical services. - Creating and managing inventories, documentation, reports, and metrics to ensure efficient operations. - Ensuring on-call and remote support availability as required to promote a culture of continued learning and development within the team. - Managing the performance of managed service providers by setting goals that align with the organization's strategy and objectives. - Functioning as a technical lead with supervisory responsibilities, planning, organizing, and assigning work to achieve team goals and organizational objectives. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. - Experience: Technical skills, experience, and relevant AV/VC certifications such as Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Cisco, Poly, and QSC. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, QSC - Level 2, Crestron - CTI Commercial Technician. Knowledge in Azure AD, SIP, O365, standard network protocols, ITIL/ITSM-based processes, and Information Risk Management/security compliance activities. - Leadership: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management capabilities.,
