Job Description

We are looking for a
Lead Automation Test Engineer
to drive test automation strategy, design robust frameworks, and mentor junior engineers.
The role requires hands-on expertise in
Selenium, JavaScript, API Testing (Rest Assured)
, and performance testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and scripts.
Lead automation strategy, code reviews, and test plan creation.
Execute UI and API automation, analyze results, and drive defect management using JIRA.
Coordinate with product, development, and QA teams for quality delivery.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.

Core Skills:

Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, Rest Assured, Postman, JMeter, SQL, Agile Methodologies, Defect Management (JIRA).
