About the Role:

AutoCAD Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings & Layouts:

• Create detailed

  2D AutoCAD drawings

  including stage layouts, floor plans, venue schematics, fabrication detailing, and elevation views.
• Develop

  technical production drawings

  for vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams.
• Ensure all drawings meet scale accuracy and production feasibility.

Coordination with Teams:

• Collaborate with creative, production, and fabrication teams to understand design intent and convert them into workable CAD files.
• Modify drawings as per feedback from clients, venue regulations, or production feasibility.
• Support design presentations with technical inputs and dimensional accuracy.

Site & Production Support:

• Conduct site recces and venue measurements when required.
• Assist production team in cross-checking design vs on-ground execution.
• Ensure alignment of technical drawings with health, safety, and structural guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD within the events, exhibitions, or architectural design industry.
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD (2D)

  . Knowledge of

  SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Photoshop

  is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and structural safety in event setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or related technical field.
• Previous experience in live events, brand activations, exhibitions, or experiential spaces.
