Looking for a Lead Auditor/Asst. Manager with Auditing experience who can communicate effectively, conduct audits independently, supervise and make informed decisions. The candidate should also know about physical security practices, training and Investigations.
- 8 years of expertise in managing security operations in the private sector with a minimum of 3 years in a team management role.
- Trained security auditor with experience in the Manufacturing industry/processing units and MNCs.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Audit programs/schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ensure confidentiality of work assignments and comply to non-disclosure agreements.
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
(English, Hindi and Local language a must (based on the location of the factory)
- Develop and design Audit standards, protocols and procedures.
- Design and Implement Audit schedules and evaluation matrix.
- Develop audit assessment tool for evaluation and review of performance.
- Develop an internal committee for audit programme planning and reviewing.
- Perform Audits of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any discrepancies.
- Perform inspections of Physical guarding SOPs by on-site checks.
- Perform Audits of all access management and report any discrepancy
- Perform Audits of all CCTV records and report any discrepancies.
- Perform inspections of inventory control and report any discrepancy
- Conduct evaluation Layout in consideration of Guard post design and potential business disruptions.
Report any discrepancies related to compliance records.
