Lead Associate RTR

As a General Ledger Lead Associate in Mumbai, you will be responsible for overseeing the General Ledger processes within a BPO environment. Your role will involve team handling, escalating issues to the supervisor when necessary, and prioritizing tasks such as handling escalated queries. It is essential for you to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and knowledge of MS Office are also required for this role.
