Lead Associate - R2R (Intercompany)

As a Graduate (B-com)/Post Graduate (M-com) with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Knowledge of accounting principles, including Journal Entries and Reconciliation in areas such as: - Inter-Company - SGA - Revenue and Inventory - Fixed Assets - Closing and Reporting - Ability to handle tasks independently as per the specific client process, ensuring compliance in terms of TAT and accuracy after training - Proficiency in Excel and preferred SAP knowledge - Reviewing activities and reconciliations - Understanding client expectations and requirements - Striving to adhere and improve performance on SLA's and deliverables to customers - Maintaining relationships with relevant line managers, counterparts, and stakeholders - Having clarity about expectations from self, measurable goals, and delivering upon them - Working towards common goals of the organization, resolving conflicts, and not resisting change management - Identifying anomalies, errors, and proposing/implementing process improvements - Actively participating in team meetings, articulating thoughts clearly - Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills Additionally, you should be comfortable working from the office during the following shifts: - March to October: 8.30pm to 5.30am IST - November to February: 9.30pm to 6.30am IST Qualifications required for this role include: - B.com/M.com/MBA Finance Please note that the above job responsibilities and qualifications are indicative of the role you will be expected to fulfill at WNS (Holdings) Limited.,
