Job Description Position Title, Responsibility Level BA Configurator with UI/UX Function LDS Reports to MANAGER/SENIOR MANAGER Permanent/ Temporary Permanent Span of Control AM/LAM Location Noida Basic Function Implementation: Involved in entire business and configuration activities associated with LDS implementations, preparing mock-up for client demos
Essential Functions Must have experience on Insurance, Annuity products Experience in development and Support projects Experience with Agile methodology and working in a dynamic environment Establishes and maintains a close-working relationship with all project stakeholders and technical staff to ensure alignment between solutions being delivered to business goals Possesses the required technical knowledge to manage all aspects of an Information Technology project Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts and team members to analyze business requirements Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets Build page navigation buttons and search fields Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be added advantage Primary Internal Interactions Senior Leadership of Technology & Business Fellow LAM/AM & Managers (Delivery and Support) LDS Base team Business Operations, Enabling Functions, LOBs Primary External Interactions Vendors Clients Or Organizational Relationships Re Reports To : SENIOR MANAGER/MANAGER Supervises: Exec /Sr Exec/AM/LAM Skills Key Skills Required Skills Requirement Gathering , Software testing Good understanding of creating prototypes for demos Creating wireframes Life/General Insurance PL/SQL , PowerPoint presentations Business design /System testing , Root Cause analysis (RCA) Meetings & Reviews , Reporting & Documentation SQL functions, queries Being able to write stored procedures is an added advantage Process Specific Skills Sound understanding and familiarity in Agile methodology Soft skills (Desired) Good listening and consultative skills Able to provide constructive Feedback Negotiation and persuasion Soft Skills (Minimum) Understanding of Insurance business vertical and the business processes within Good analytical skills Good communication skills- oral and verbal Strong Team player & ability to build & sustain the team Education Requirements BS/BE/MCA/MBA graduate Work Experience Requirements Total of 5-8 years in a various roles associated to UI/UX, writing SQLS, understanding of Life Insurance and client interaction Annexure: Acknowledgement (acknowledge that the information contained in this document is factual and complete) ____________________________ ____________________________ Candidate Supervisor/Manager Date
