EXL Services.com ( I ) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Lead Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

We are seeking a skilled

AWS Solutions Specialist

with expertise in AWS Connect, AWS Lex, and AWS Lambda, along with a strong foundation in various other AWS services. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing solutions for both inbound and outbound call handling, demonstrating technical proficiency and a growth mindset to learn and adapt to new AWS technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

AWS Lex:
- Develop and optimize chatbot solutions with a solid understanding of the basics.
- Utilize contexts, session attributes, and contract attributes to manage conversational flows.
AWS Lambda/Programming:
- Leverage programming skills, primarily in
  Node.js
  , with a foundational knowledge of
  Python
  .
- Explore advanced Python concepts, such as Lambda usage and object-oriented programming (OOP), with opportunities to enhance proficiency in these areas.
- Experience in multithreading, multiprocessing and asynchronous programming
- Code quality assurance, performance optimization
Other AWS Services:
- Work with services like
  SQS
  ,
  Pinpoint
  ,
  Bedrock
  , and
  EventBridge
  to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new AWS concepts and tools as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in AWS Connect and AWS Lex.
Hands-on experience in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
Proficiency in Node.js and a willingness to improve advanced Python skills.
Familiarity with various AWS services such as SQS, Pinpoint, and EventBridge.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn new technologies efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in implementing and managing OOP principles in Python.
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or similar advanced services.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
