Lead Architect International Projects

Role Overview: As a Lead Architect for International Projects, your primary responsibility will be to design residential structures ranging from single-family homes to larger developments. You will be tasked with translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that are safe, structurally sound, and compliant with all relevant laws. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct client consultations to understand project goals, requirements, budget, and site specifics. - Develop architectural concepts and create scaled drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD and Revit. - Prepare detailed construction documents encompassing structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. - Ensure designs conform to AUS building codes, zoning regulations, and quality standards for regulatory compliance. - Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and other professionals throughout the design and construction phases. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently in a project management capacity. - Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, addressing issues to ensure alignment with architectural plans. - Craft design proposals and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: - Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. - Hold a professional license as an Architect. - Demonstrate expertise in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural and 3D modeling tools. - Exhibit a strong understanding of structural systems, building materials, and construction methods. - Showcase excellent soft skills such as communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Have proven experience in residential design projects supported by a robust portfolio.
