C++ Windows and Linux both preferred

Strong experience with CAN , J1939 and UDS.

Strong experience with embedded programming and tools: Cross compilations, toolchains.
Experience working with latest developer tools: Visual Studio/CMake, Conan, Git, GDB

Experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration.
Experience working with Test Driven Development and Test Automation.

Position Specific duties : As a Senior Lead Software Engineer in Digital Aftermarket & Customer Support IT, individual will work with global Product Owner and product team to implement solution and will take ownership of development and enhancement of different features of Service ADVISOR Diagnostics. ;Designs solutions across several Potential Shippable Increments (PSI), ensuring that business and architecture needs are met and applying reference architectures, standards and principles.; Leading the implementation of solutions to ensure adherence to approved designs and the architecture, in accordance with the project needs and lifecycle that adhere to the strategic architecture and roadmap; Manages and / or runs Proof of Concepts (POC) to validate technologies for a given purpose during pre-sprint / plan activities; works closely with business partners to ensure capabilities required are being met.; Supports the team by answering general questions and providing guidance around the solution design; Serves as an advocate to team members on architectural design principles, and governance that are critical to execution; Facilitates the resolution of technical impediments raised by the team members; collaborate with and escalates issues to senior members, as needed; ensures proper licensing and selection of technologies used in development teams
Required Skill : 8+ years of experience in Visual C++ (MSVC) and/or Linux C++ programming (Both will be added advantage);6+ years of experience in C++ 11/14/17, STL, Multithreading in C++ ; Strong experience with CAN , J1939 and UDS.; Strong experience with embedded programming and tools: Cross compilations, toolchains. Experience working with latest developer tools: Visual Studio/CMake, Conan, Git, GDB ; Experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration. Experience working with Test Driven Development and Test Automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability; Team Player with willingness to pair and provide tech support to team members
Desired Experience : Experience or understanding of Node.js and Node.js C++ extensions.; AWS experience is good to have; Understanding of Agile and Scrum Processes.; Experience on Java, JavaScript and UI frameworks.
Education : Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
