Lead Android Developer

As a candidate from a Product Based company, you are preferred for the following role: Role Overview: You will be responsible for taking ownership of the entire fintech application with over 1 million users. Your role will involve hands-on and individual contribution to syntax, logic, and debugging. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and manage Senior Developers, with the most junior developers having a minimum of 3 years of experience. Experience with KMP (Kotlin Multiplatform) is essential, and proficiency in Kotlin is required. Working on the latest Android versions, Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management, Socket integration, Core Java, and creating your own libraries will be part of your responsibilities. Previous experience in a Lead role in past companies is a must. Knowledge of Flutter is considered a plus.
