The ideal candidate for this role should preferably come from Product Based companies and have experience working in individual roles. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in KMP and Kotlin - Ability to work hands-on and make individual contributions in Syntax, Logic, and Debugging - Willingness to take ownership of the entire fintech application with a user base of 1M+ - Experience in recruiting, training, and managing Senior Developers (the junior developers in our team have a minimum of 3 years of experience) - Proficient in working with the latest Android versions - Hands-on experience with Firebase, notifications, Google Maps, Sessions Management, and Socket integration - Strong skills in Core Java and the ability to create custom libraries - Previous work experience in a Lead role in other companies - Experience with Flutter would be considered a plus If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging opportunity in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.,
