1. Tax Compliance & Filings

   Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C) and reconciliations. Prepare and file TDS returns, advance tax, and income tax returns. Manage regulatory filings such as SFT, Master Filing.

2. Tax Audit & Notices

   Support tax audits and provide required documentation to auditors and authorities. Draft and submit responses to GST and Income Tax notices in a timely manner.

3. Cross-border & Other Regulatory Compliance

   Handle Form 15CA/15CB for remittances and ensure compliance with import shipment documentation. Coordinate with banks, consultants, and internal teams for smooth processing.

4. Group Tax & Reporting

   Support group-level tax compliance requirements. Prepare annual tax pack and related reports for consolidation and management reporting.

5. Process & Risk Management

   Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies Identify areas of risk in tax compliance and propose corrective measures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulatory changes impacting the business.

6. Stakeholder Management

   Collaborate with internal teams, statutory auditors, consultants, and tax authorities. Provide guidance to team members on tax compliance matters as required.
