Position Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Power BI Tech Lead with proven expertise in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with a strong track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.This leadership role combines hands-on technical development, team management, and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that BI initiatives effectively support critical business decisions.

• Lead the end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and data models
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful BI solutions
• Design and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for seamless data integration
• Build and maintain SSRS and Report Builder reports for enterprise-wide reporting needs
• Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and scalability across all BI deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies and recommend improvements to reporting architecture

Must to have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting
• Strong understanding of data models, attributes, and regulatory requirements
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS, performance tuning)
• Advanced hands-on experience in SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance optimization)
• Proven expertise in SSRS and Report Builder
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL workflows
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in leading or mentoring BI teams
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and data governance
• Experience managing global, multi-stakeholder BI programs
• Ability to implement automation, monitoring, and explore ML/AI integration for reporting enhancements

Technical Skills

Python Automation Scripting: Mandatory skill. Candidates without Python scripting experience will not be considered.
