Job Description

Primarily responsible for backend coding, microservices design, and API development.
Work closely with Angular and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Support in backlog grooming and requirement translation, with potential to evolve into a Technical PO role.
Ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable service architecture.
Collaborate with DevOps to optimize CI/CD and containerized deployments
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in .NET Core/ASP.NET Core
Microservices, REST APIs, SQL Server, Message Queues
(Kafka/RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus)
Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD
Exposure to CouchD/No SQL databases
Experience with web services and API development
Experience with Microsoft .Net , MVC = 4+
Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
Payroll knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
