Lead Analyst - Accounting

As a Lead Analyst at the company, your primary role will involve processing, recording, maintaining, and reconciling financial transactions and reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, reconcile, and update financial transactions - Process and post journal entries for all types of transactions - Reconcile general ledgers and balance sheet heads - Process invoices for various vendors and reconcile them - Update transaction details in database/applications - Prepare reports and conduct variance analysis of financial statements - Perform tasks related to the preparation of schedules for financial statements - Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues - Supervise team members and monitor daily deliverables - Coordinate with both business and IT, with Dodeca experience as an advantage - Utilize strong knowledge of Excel and system capabilities/techniques - Adapt to a changing environment and work independently to achieve results **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of accounting cycle & fundamentals - Ability to learn and understand new business processes - Working knowledge of AP/AR/GL functions - Perform account reconciliations effectively - Sound knowledge of Excel functionality and other MS Office tools - Learn to use accounting applications and software for transaction analysis and reporting - Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools is beneficial - Team player with the ability to work collaboratively - Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) - Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills Join the company in this challenging and rewarding role where you can contribute to the success of financial operations.,
