Job Title: Lead AI Engineer – Python/AI-ML
Hiring Location: Across UST locations
Experience Range: 8+ years

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML development
• Proficiency with Keras, Pandas, and deep learning frameworks
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and LLM architectures (e.g., GPT-3, BERT, T5)
• Proven experience leading end-to-end AI/ML solution design and implementation
• In-depth knowledge of Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Analytics, and Deep Learning
• Experience building data pipelines and infrastructure using Kafka, Big Data tools, Aurora DB, and ELK Stack
• Experience deploying and optimizing ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding AI/ML teams, mentoring junior engineers, and defining best practices
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable AI solutions

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with PoC creation, model experimentation, and Generative AI validations
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI principles, and explainability frameworks
• Knowledge of emerging trends and tools in the AI/ML space and ability to evaluate their strategic fit
• Exposure to AI roadmap planning, tool selection, and platform scalability architecture
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and influencing executive decision-making in AI strategy
