Mandate 3 Employees will work fulltime from their base location. About the team: Central Rider Sourcing Team within the D&D org responsible for managing delivery Executive sourcing through multiple channels for the Instamart Team. Job Description. Key responsibilities :. Work with finance to align on P&L of agency channel including agency rate card, incentive structure. Manage key accounts directly. Head a team of 4-5 KAMs who in turn manage end to end agency and 3rd party relationships for 25+ vendors on a daily/ weekly basis. Developing new vendors for rider sourcing. Ensuring smooth vendor operations and immaculate coordination with vendors. Sharing vendor wise targets, follow ups on the targets and unblocking any issues the vendors are facing. Managing a small team of 4 to 5 executives for internal operations pertaining to vendor sourcing. Process improvement and project implementation. Key Skill. Prior experience in vendor management (or KAM) and new vendor development. Strategy formulation of agency channel. Stakeholder management skills (internal and external) and win-win mindset. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.. Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get things done. Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity. Analytical and data oriented decision making.
