Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development (Telesales) position located in Bengaluru. The role requires engaging with potential clients over the phone to showcase NoBrokerHood's services, generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and opportunities. The individual will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets set by the organization. Additional responsibilities include collaborative work with other teams to fine-tune sales approaches and strategies.

Qualifications

Must have 6 Months -2 years of experience in Inside sales executive. Experience in IT Sales is a plus.

Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential vendors and clients to generate qualified leads for painting and allied services.

Identify and qualify prospects based on defined business criteria.

Maintain and update the lead database with accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Schedule meetings and video calls between clients, vendors, and the sales team.

Follow up with prospects to build long-term relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead conversion strategies.
