Job Description

As an Enterprise Acquisition Account Manager at Dynatrace, your role involves driving sales growth through targeted acquisition efforts across various industry segments. You will be focusing on a land and expand approach among enterprise-grade organizations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing 0 to 2 existing customer accounts, nurturing relationships, and expanding partnerships. Additionally, you will engage with 35 to 40 potential customers, introduce them to Dynatrace's offerings, and work towards converting prospects. You will have the opportunity to maintain accounts, explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and benefit from mentorship provided by the award-winning leadership team. Collaboration with high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners will be essential for your success. Key Responsibilities: - Execute territory plans to maximize revenue within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts. - Provide collaborative pre-defined SE support based on the region. - Drive new logo customers with a focus on landing and expanding Dynatrace usage. - Consult with Vice Presidents and C-level executives to develop effective enterprise-wide strategies positioning Dynatrace relative to the competition. - Generate velocity in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. - Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to broaden Dynatrace's sales reach. - Work closely with sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other business areas to develop and execute solution strategies meeting customer needs. - Ensure successful customer implementations. Qualifications Required: - Successful track record in Enterprise software sales at the executive level. - Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations. - Strong organizational and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation skills. - Proficiency in building diverse territory plans and leveraging a sales ecosystem. - Experience in acquiring new business. - Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments with a sense of urgency. - Motivated self-starter delivering high performance against quota. - Skills in building and executing business plans and sales plays. - Ability to collaborate internally across all resources to advance the sales process. - Familiarity with observability and modern application market.
