As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer at Salesforce, you will be a key player in engaging with customers across various levels, from operational marketing and IT teams to C-Level executives. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor and guide, delivering exceptional customer experiences while effectively showcasing the business value of our solutions to diverse audiences. You will be an integral part of the UKI Sales team, leveraging your technology and industry expertise to craft, package, and demonstrate innovative solutions that address critical business challenges and contribute to meeting key performance indicators. In addition to working on sales opportunities and marketing initiatives, you will have the opportunity to participate in strategic initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement within the Solution Engineering team and enhancing your personal profile within Salesforce. Your success in this role will be measured by your contribution to the Sales team's overall performance in revenue growth and providing solution expertise to support expanding the sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, partners, product specialists, and industry experts to plan and execute sales campaigns effectively. Conducting client discovery and workshop sessions, you will ensure that the proposed solutions align with customer needs, address business challenges, help achieve key performance indicators, and offer a path to rapid return on investment. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating technical solutions, showcasing a strong passion for understanding and solving business challenges to deliver maximum value to customers. Your ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to diverse and influential audiences will be crucial, whether as part of sales cycles or at Salesforce events such as World Tour and Dreamforce. Staying abreast of the latest innovations in customer experience management solutions will also be essential, as you amplify the impact of your successes and learning moments internally to drive engagement. To excel in this role, you should possess over 10 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Solutions Consulting, demonstrating solutions that inspire and transform customer experiences. Additionally, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing (B2C and/or B2B), Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and AI. As an autonomous self-starter, you should be adept at learning, leading, and effectively prioritizing tasks and time. Comfortable working across dynamic teams or on solo projects, you should have a strong passion for storytelling to bring customer engagements to life through impactful presentations and solution demonstrations. While not mandatory, technical expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty Management, Analytics, Real-time Personalization, and Interaction Management (RTIM) would be advantageous. Experience in product management or post-sales software implementations would also be considered beneficial in this role.,
