Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Law Officer to join our Corporate HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR/employment law, with experience in IT, software, or SaaS environments being a plus. You will be responsible for providing legal support on HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and advising on corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management and Documentation:

• Drafting and Reviewing: Preparing, reviewing, and editing a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor agreements, supplier contracts, client contracts, employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), licensing agreements, merger and acquisition agreements, financing agreement with International and local banks and patents and copyrights agreements.
• Negotiation Support: Assisting in contract negotiations and ensuring all terms and clauses are legally sound and, in the companys, best interest.
• Lifecycle Management: Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and approval to execution, tracking, renewal, and archiving.
• Template Creation: Developing and maintaining standard contract templates and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in documentation processes

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in Legal documentations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Five year integrated course of LLB by English medium school

- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

- LLB degree from a recognized institution
