As an Attorney at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in the U.S. and Canada, assisting in U.S. and Canadian immigration projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Learning immigration processing categories and legal requirements for work and permanent resident visas - Drafting complex immigration petition packages, highlighting legal requirements - Revising drafts and organizing documents in appropriate workspaces - Leveraging technology resources for efficient operations - Liaising with support teams throughout EY's international network - Collaborating with team members to meet project metrics and taking ownership of assigned work To qualify for this role, you must have: - A degree in Law - 0-3 years of prior experience - Professional proficiency in English and excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills Ideal candidates will also have experience in U.S. or Canadian immigration work, substantive writing skills, and proficiency in office software applications.
