Law - ILMS - Advanced Analyst

As an associate at EY, you will have the opportunity to work with global teams in the U.S. and Canada, specifically assisting in U.S. and Canadian immigration projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Learning immigration processing categories and legal requirements for work visas and permanent resident visas - Drafting complex immigration petition packages, highlighting legal requirements and telling the story of each case - Revising drafts and organizing documents in virtual workspaces - Leveraging technology resources for efficient operations - Liaising with support teams across EY's international network Additionally, you will work with team members to further develop the team, including reporting to seniors, understanding project metrics, and taking ownership of assigned work. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A degree in Law - 0-3 years of prior experience - Professional proficiency in English, with strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight timelines - Proactive and efficient work approach - Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ideal candidates will also have experience in U.S. or Canadian immigration, substantive writing, editing, proofreading, and proficiency in office software applications.
