Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lathe Operator located in Jamshedpur. The Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce precision components. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, analyzing specifications, machining parts, maintaining tools, and conducting quality checks. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with the technical team to meet production targets and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining lathe machines
• Experience in precision machining and tool setup
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance is a plus
• Trade certification or vocational training in lathe operations or relevant field preferred
