Job Title: Last Mile Delivery Specialist – E-Pharmacy

About Us:

We are a fast-growing B2C E-Pharmacy for Ayurvedic & Homeopathic wellness products, focused on fast, reliable and customer-centric delivery across India.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Last Mile Specialist to manage and optimize courier operations, improve delivery TAT, reduce costs, and expand service coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage last-mile delivery and 3PL courier partners
Improve TAT, reduce RTO/NDR, and ensure on-time delivery
Monitor daily logistics KPIs and drive cost control
Expand pin-code coverage and handle logistics escalations
Coordinate with warehouse & support teams for smooth dispatch

Requirements:

3–5 years in e-commerce logistics / last-mile operations
Strong knowledge of courier SLAs, cost control

Location: Lucknow
