Job Description

Operate laser machines for marking, or coding as per production requirements. Set up machines by loading programs, adjusting parameters (power, speed, focus), and verifying job specifications. Ensure correct marking of batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, logos, and regulatory information on chemical products or packaging. Monitor machine performance during operation and make minor adjustments to maintain quality output. Conduct routine inspections of laser equipment and report breakdowns or abnormalities to maintenance. Maintain production records, machine logs, and output reports accurately. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and chemical handling protocols. Ensure compliance with quality standards such as GMP, ISO, and statutory safety requirements. Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of laser machines. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet daily production targets. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
