Laravel and vue.js Developer cum Project leader

We are seeking experienced ( minimum 3 years ) Developers and Project Leaders with a strong background in Laravel and Vue.js (knowledge preferred) to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for development, overseeing project execution, ensuring high-quality development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers working on Laravel and Vue.js Project.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Architect, develop, and optimize full-stack web applications with Laravel .
• Define best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and QA teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across various stages of the development lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation for technical specifications, processes, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
