Laptop Repair Technician

Job Description- Printer Technician (Field Support Engineer)  We are hiring Printer Technician to handle service calls and provide on-site maintenance and repair printers (inkjet, multifunction, LaserJet, DesignJet, PageWide, etc.). The technician should have strong diagnostic skills and be capable of delivering professional technical support at client locations. The technician will travel to client locations to perform installations, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of printer hardware. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair hardware issues in printers. Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements (rollers, toners, print heads, fusers, etc.). Handle printer connectivity issues including USB, network, and wireless setup. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Provide timely and professional on-site support. Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and parts management. Educate customers on basic troubleshooting and printer care. Attend on-site service calls to diagnose and repair HP commercial printers. Install and configure HP printing devices, drivers, and network connectivity. Perform preventive maintenance including part replacements (rollers, fusers, toners, printheads, belts, etc.). Resolve printer errors, paper jams, print quality issues, and firmware problems. Maintain tools, spare parts, and documentation provided by the company. Requirements: Hands-on experience with printer repair and servicing. Knowledge of printer components, and diagnostics tools. Familiarity with Windows and basic networking for printer installation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred. Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Willingness to travel daily to client sites within the assigned area.
