Role Description

We are seeking a Language Support Executive – Regional & French for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. In this role, you will manage customer queries and provide support in both French and relevant regional languages. Responsibilities include translating and localizing content, resolving linguistic or cultural inquiries, coordinating with teams to ensure clear communication, and maintaining high standards of language accuracy in documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and building trust with multilingual audiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and one or more Indian regional languages, with strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience in localization, content translation, and handling multilingual customer service queries.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Cross-cultural communication skills, along with familiarity with regional linguistic nuances.
• Attention to detail and quality assurance in translating and proofreading content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communications, or a relevant field; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
