Job Summary:

As an Executive Landscaping, you will be responsible for the planning, supervision, and maintenance of landscape and horticultural activities across Organos projects. Your key focus will be to ensure that the landscape designs are effectively implemented, maintained, and aligned with our sustainability ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee daily landscaping and horticulture maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with landscape architects/designers for project execution.
  
• Supervise planting, irrigation systems, pruning, pest control, and organic fertilization practices.
  
• Ensure upkeep and aesthetic presentation of gardens, green zones, and public spaces in the community.
  
• Monitor plant health and apply eco-friendly, sustainable landscaping practices.
  
• Maintain inventory of tools, plants, and landscaping materials.
  
• Prepare and maintain landscaping reports, work schedules, and inspection records.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, nursery suppliers, and contractors.
  
• Support community engagement initiatives related to gardening and green living.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Good knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and organic gardening methods.
  
• Hands-on experience in horticulture and landscaping projects.
  
• Strong organizational and team supervision skills.
  
• Ability to work on-site in eco-habitat environments.
