Role Description

This is full time on site role for a landscape architect located in kannur . The landscape architect will be responsible for designing , planning, and overseeing landscape architecture projects .

Daily tasks include developing design concepts ,conducting site analysis, creating project plans with clients,contractors and other stake holders . The role also involves assuring project compliances with relevant environmental regulations and maintaining sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in landscape design, planning and site analysis .
• Experience with AutoCAD software, plant materials and sustainability practices.
• Knowledge of horticulture, plant materials, and sustainable practices.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
• B.Arch and specialisation in landscape projects for around 3 years.
• Experience in other projects is a plus point.

Salary: ₹50,000/- per month
