Landscape Architect

You will be responsible for Landscape Design, landscape execution Planning, Landscape engineering, Landscape Photography, Landscape execution Management, Landscape execution Decision Making, Landscape Equipment Knowledge, Landscape Architecture, Landscape civil drafting, Landscape Site inspection, Inspection report card preparation, Landscape Design drafting, providing Landscape design solutions, Design discussions, Design presentations to clients, providing Landscape technical details on site, managing Landscape site execution, ensuring Landscape execution quality control for Hardscape & Softscape, coordinating with consultants, architects, clients, vendors, and site team, following up with the site team, drafting Architecture design plans, preparing Architecture GFC, AutoCAD Drafting, using Google SketchUp, and utilizing MS Office tools. You must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) and have proficiency in CAD software, Autocad, Excel, Word, emails, Feasibility analysis, and DCPR rules. Residential Redevelopment experience is mandatory for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Goregaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of total work experience. Your primary focus will be on Landscape architecture and design, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and maintaining quality standards throughout the execution process.,
