Job Title: Landscape Architect

Experience Level: 3-5 Years

Location: Delhi & Amritsar

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview:

Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present conceptual and detailed landscape design proposals.
• Prepare working drawings, including layout plans, planting plans, and hardscape details. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery. • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications for landscape works. • Assist in preparing tender documents and reviewing vendor/shop drawings. • Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and ensure design quality and intent. • Research and select suitable plant materials, landscape finishes, and sustainable design solutions. • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of
softscape and hardscape design
and detailing. • Knowledge of
plant species, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.
• Ability to prepare
GFC (Good for Construction)
drawings and documentation. • Strong visualization and presentation skills. • Excellent coordination and communication abilities. • Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
