Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead landscape design projects from concept to execution, including site planning and detailing.
Prepare masterplans, planting plans, construction drawings, and BOQs.
Coordinate with architects, urban planners, contractors, and clients for project alignment.
Conduct site assessments and provide technical inputs during execution.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability practices.
Manage project timelines, quality control, and design documentation.
Oversee vendor coordination, material selection, and site supervision as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's in Landscape Architecture or related field.
Strong design and visualization skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, GIS, etc.).
Good understanding of native plants, soil, drainage, and climate-responsive design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
