Job Description

As a Landscape Architect at INI Design Studio, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure successful project delivery in the Gujarat region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing landscapes and urban spaces - Conducting stakeholder consultations - Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards - Implementing quality assurance and control measures - Coordinating with other disciplines and consultants - Managing projects from inception to completion To qualify for this role, you should have: - Master's/bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design, Urban Design, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience - Strong expertise in landscape architectural and urban design, as well as project management - Ability to create presentations, tender documents, and construction drawings - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients - Experience in leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with sustainability practices and certifications (LEED, IGBC, GRIHA) - Proficiency in software programs like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion - Flexibility to travel to project locations for meetings INI Design Studio is an award-winning design practice that prioritizes sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.
