About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development professional to lead land acquisition and liaison initiatives for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within Hyderabad and Telangana, excellent negotiation skills, and hands-on experience managing multi-stakeholder processes and government liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential land parcels suitable for residential and commercial real estate development.
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and feasibility analysis for new land opportunities.
• Coordinate with landowners, agents, government bodies, and consultants for documentation, approvals, and land-related processes.
• Manage end-to-end liaison activities with local authorities such as HMDA, GHMC, RERA, and other regulatory departments.
• Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements while ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams Legal, Design, Finance, and Projects to ensure seamless project finalization and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and government officials.
• Prepare and present MIS reports on land status, acquisition progress, and the overall business development pipeline.
• Ensure the smooth handover of acquired land parcels to project execution teams.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Business Management.
• Proven experience in Business Development, Land Acquisition, and Liaison within the Real Estate sector.
• Strong local network with landowners, government officials, and real estate brokers in Hyderabad and Telangana.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex documentation and coordinate multi-stakeholder processes effectively.
