Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Pune. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, managing logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Additional responsibilities include conducting inspections, expediting processes, and maintaining project documentation. The Project Manager will lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines. Key Responsibilities Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and field teams Track project progress and report on milestones Lead inspections and ensure adherence to technical standards Manage logistics, quality assurance, and on-site safety Maintain project documentation and compliance records Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred) Proven experience in managing high-voltage substation projects (132 kV or above) Familiarity with SCADA systems, GIS/AIS substations , and protective relay systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) Prior work in expediting , logistics , and inspection roles Industry experience in renewable energy is a strong plus Skills Required Project Planning & Execution Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management Inspection & Quality Control Expediting & Vendor Management Logistics & Documentation Strong attention to detail and communication
