Lady Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview: As a Travel Consultant at Sky-Sketch (India) in Kolkata, located in the Esplanade area, you will be responsible for handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Hospitality, travel, and tourism. The role offers a starting remuneration of 10000 - 12000 during the 6-month training period, depending on your knowledge & experience. The initial contract is for 6 months of on-the-job training, offering a dynamic environment with growth opportunities. Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, completing tasks professionally and on time. A passion for travel is a must, along with strong geography knowledge or a degree/diploma in Travel Tourism & Hotel Management. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently. - Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. - Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues. - Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Qualification Required: - 0.5-1 year of experience in customer service or a Travel assistant role. - Proficiency in English, Hindi & Bengali. - Graduate degree. - Willingness to work 6 days during the Day shift, 10:30 AM to 7.30 PM.
