LabVIEW Solution Architect

As a LabVIEW Solution Architect at LUBI ELECTRONICS in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced test bench solutions using National Instruments LabVIEW and related technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead the design and development of test bench solutions using LabVIEW. - Create system architecture and integration plans for test systems, aligning with client requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and R&D teams to define system specifications and requirements. - Develop, test, and validate LabVIEW-based test programs for hardware and software systems. - Design custom test procedures, automated test sequences, and data acquisition systems. - Optimize test bench performance, reliability, and maintainability through continuous improvement and innovation. - Act as the technical lead on test bench projects, mentoring junior engineers and guiding cross-functional teams. - Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. - Interface with clients to understand testing needs, provide technical consultations, and deliver presentations or demonstrations. - Ensure all test bench solutions comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. - Develop and maintain documentation for test system designs, processes, and operational procedures. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field. - Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in test bench development and solution architecture. - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of National Instruments LabVIEW environment and associated tools (e.g., NI TestStand, DAQmx). Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, data acquisition systems, and signal processing. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proven ability to manage projects, mentor team members, and interface with clients. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in LabVIEW or related National Instruments programs. - Experience in specific industry sectors where test bench solutions are critical. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
