Role & responsibilities To assist in developing a resource mobilization work plan and constantly follow-up the implementation of the plan. For the smooth flow of work as per schedule at the site need to be monitored by providing labor resource as per project requirements. Need to have coordination with site team, project head, execution head for better understanding of workflow. Prepare and maintain category wise data bank of labour resources Prepare advance planning for the arrangement of adequate resources according to Project Labour Sourcing Plan for all projects. Facilitate site visit and answer all queries from contractors about work and payment terms. Ensure proper onboarding of new sub-Contractors in all aspects such as arrangements of labour camp, safety induction, Workfront at the site. Visit site regularly to engage with on-boarded subcontractors, arrange monthly meetings of subcontractors & site managements to understand & resolve issues. Escalate the unresolved issues of subcontractors through mails with project heads. Take feedback from subcontractors and site team at regular intervals on newly onboarded subcontractors.
