Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP parameters on the shop floor. Support documentation and upkeep of quality records as per FSSAI/ISO standards. Ensure sampling, testing, and quality clearance of every batch produced. Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality-related concerns. Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments (e.g., moisture analyzer, pH meter, weighing balances). Ensure labels, batch coding, and pack integrity meet specifications.
