Job Summary:

The Clinical Research Operator will be responsible for supporting the conduct of clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves hands-on work with instruments, coordination of study-related activities, and ensuring accurate documentation to maintain the integrity and quality of research data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and SOPs.

· Operate, handle, and maintain instruments as per SOPs and manufacturer manuals.

· Document instrument data accurately and maintain calibration records within defined timelines.

· Perform regular instrument calibration and ensure proper record keeping.

· Coordinate with floor teams to facilitate smooth execution of study activities.

· Assist in scheduling subjects for study visits and ensure adherence to timelines.

· Ensure timely submission of study-related data for analysis.

· Report any concerns, deviations, or anomalies to the line manager immediately and follow up until resolution or escalate to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

· Prior experience in a clinical research or laboratory environment preferred.

· Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial procedures.

· Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
