Facility Executive Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facility Management Experience: 1-3 years (laboratory administartion preferred) Location: Rabale, Navi-Mumbai Reporting to: Sr Manager-Administration Main Duties: Maintain stock and consumption record of all daily use items like gases, solvents, cleaning materials, and PPE. Manage Housekeeping staff to Keep labs, stores, and common areas clean and well-maintained. Arrange food, transport, and other support services for staff when needed. Handle any facility-related complaints and solve them quickly. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, canteen, pest control, and maintenance work.
